The 4th industrial revolution. Norway's role in the oceans

Norway's Special Representative for the Ocean works towards a sustainable ocean economy
Norway knows that the growing world population will require more food, medicines, energy and minerals. And the oceans, managed wisely, are instrumental in meeting these needs.
This is why it has launched an ambitious ocean strategy that includes key areas such as green technology, an innovative use of marine resources, digitalisation, international collaboration and the fight against illegal fishing.
