Ángel León will contribute to this second edition of the Meeting of the Seas from El Puerto de Santa María. The chef of Aponiente*** (El Puerto de Santa María) and Alevante* (Chiclana de la Frontera) will talk about the seafood pantry of the Marismas, one of Cadiz province’s lesser known areas – a stretch of wetland with an exceptional biodiversity where multiple species coexist. No doubt León will blow our minds again and dazzle us with novelties and new ingredients, as he always does.
