Journalist and member of the Malaga Academy of Gastronomy

A journalist and member of the Málaga Academy of Gastronomy, Esperanza Peláez is a lover of good food and good writing. Therefore, she joined her passion with her profession.
She began his professional career in El País, where she worked until 2004, taking issues of courts and doing reports and sections of Gastronomy in this and other newspapers, radio and television.
Since 2011, she coordinates the supplement 'Malaga in the Table' of Diario SUR, and in 2012 Esperanza founded the Gastronomic Club Kilómetro Cero, as a gastronomic leisure initiative focused on raising awareness of products and cuisine Malaga.
She is also a member of the Malaga Academy of Gastronomy.
